Terms of sale
Last updated 20 October 2026
The pieces
- Every piece is gently worn or never worn, and one of one. Photos, measurements and condition notes describe the actual piece you'll receive.
- Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
- Condition grades are explained in our condition guide.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Delivery is added at checkout based on your state.
- Payment is taken through Paystack. We don't see or store your card details.
- If a piece is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Your order
- Adding a piece to your bag doesn't reserve it. A piece is yours once payment is confirmed.
- If two customers pay for the same piece at once, the first confirmed payment wins and the other is refunded in full.
- We'll email you to confirm your order and again when it's dispatched.
Delivery
We deliver within Nigeria. Fees and typical timings are on our shipping page. Timings are estimates; we're not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control, but we'll always help chase a late parcel. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct.
Returns
All sales are final, except for pieces that arrive not as described, which you can report within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund. See our returns policy for how it works. Your statutory rights under Nigerian law are not affected.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or to abuse the site.
Our content

Liability
We take care to describe every piece accurately and run the site reliably. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under Nigerian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute.
