Timings count working days from dispatch and are a guide rather than a guarantee. Public holidays and courier delays can add time.

- Your piece is packed once payment is confirmed. Every one-of-one piece is checked again before it leaves us.
- You'll get an email confirming your order, and another when it's on its way.
